Return policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
1. Return Window
You may return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Condition of Items
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Items that are worn, washed, or damaged will not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items, including clearance or discounted products, cannot be returned.
Accessories, underwear, and swimwear are generally non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
4. Return Process
Contact our customer service at support@reene.co to initiate a return or exchange.
You will receive a return authorization and instructions for sending your items back.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except if the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
6. Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this in your return request.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
