Order Processing and Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

How long does shipping take?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Orders to the United States: 14–28 business days
Orders to the United Kingdom: 14–30 business days
Orders to Australia: 14–30 business days
Orders to Canada: 14–30 business days

Please note:

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. In the event of any unexpected delays, we will do our best to inform you.
If a package is returned due to incomplete or incorrect address/contact information, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email confirmation with your tracking number. Please make sure to provide a correct email address when placing your order.

Do I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?
Possibly. Once the package arrives in your country, local customs may charge duties or import taxes. These charges must be paid by the recipient. The price of your order does not include any customs or import fees.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide exact duty fees as customs policies and charges vary by country.

If you refuse to pay customs duties, the courier may return the package. In such cases, once your order is returned to us, you will receive a refund for the product, but shipping fees are not refundable.
